Q. How long is the shipping time ?
A. We send our product worldwide. The shipping price is flat rate . We are located in Thailand so shipping time is a few weeks. Please see the timeline below.
All of our product will send as registered parcel so there will be a tracking number for you to check when you need.

Asia : 7 - 15 working days
Australia : 7 - 20 working days
USA : 5 - 20 working days ( Send from our store in USA )
UK : 5 - 20 working days ( Send from our store in UK )
Europe : 7 - 15 working days
South America : 14 - 30 working days
Q. Do you have tracking number ?
A. Yes , we will provide tracking number for all our shipment . you can track them online
Q. What is your Returns/Refunds policy?
A. If you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund then please post it back to the address below with a note stating the problem and order number so we can refund your card. The item must be in its original packaging and not be damaged or used in anyway. If an item has been used we cannot make a refund.

Q. What is your Exchange policy?
A. If once you receive your order you change your mind on the colours you ordered, we will be happy to exchange them. We cannot replace any used or damaged items. Please send the pants to be exchanged only to the shop address below with a note stating the problem and delivery address for replacements. Make sure you include what colours you would like sent to you. You will need to pay the return postage cost.
